No refunds will be given for change of mind after the product is shipped. . 

If the item is faulty please message me to discuss appropriate resolution. This is genuinely a product replacement but a refund may be given depending on the circumstances.

I always take a photo of the package before I send and Iā€™m happy to send you a photo of the envelope/parcel if required.
